Role Summary:
As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for delivering consistent and bespoke wine experiences to guests. Your duties will include wine service during meals, recommending wines based on menu and guest preferences, hosting wine tastings, and maintaining cellar stock and control. Additionally, you will be involved in sales, invoicing, and other administrative tasks related to wine management.
