Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Demi Chef De Partie for an award-winning restaurant situated in Stellenbosch. The candidate needs to have a passion for all things culinary and will be learning from some of the best in the business!
Minimum Experience or Qualification
2 Years’ experience in a 5-star hotel kitchen or similar environment
Must be hardworking and dedicated
Must be motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
Must be a team player, with a positive attitude
Must be willing to work shifts
Must be able to work under pressure
Own transport preferable
Key Performance Objective
Full Responsible for the running of the section required
The ordering of products, quality and quantity control of product
Performing duties and following instructions to the fullest
Performing job title with pride and a high standard of hygiene
Strong communication skills and working within a tight team unit
Resourceful, out the box thinking and creativity
