Key Responsibilities:
Provide a range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and more.
Create a welcoming and tranquil environment for guests, ensuring an exceptional spa experience.
Assess guests’ needs and recommend tailored treatments and wellness solutions.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety within the spa.
Stay up-to-date with the latest spa and wellness trends and techniques.
Collaborate with the spa team to deliver a seamless and luxurious guest journey.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in spa therapy, beauty therapy, or similar.
Proven experience in a spa or wellness environment, ideally within luxury hospitality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for wellness and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
Attention to detail and a professional, guest-focused attitude.
Knowledge of spa products and their benefits is an advantage.
