Position: Spa Receptionist
Location: Luxury Hotel, Cape Town
Salary: Market-related + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients both in person and over the phone, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage bookings, handle inquiries, and perform daily administrative duties with efficiency and accuracy.
• Sales and Targets: Drive sales by promoting spa services and products, contributing to achieving team targets.
• Brand Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to represent the hotel’s luxury brand.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a spa receptionist or back-up therapist.
• Maturity and Responsibility: Reliable and able to handle the demands of a luxury spa environment.
• Passion and Drive: Enthusiastic about the wellness industry and motivated to achieve targets.
• Professional Appearance: Well-groomed to present the brand in the best light.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and handle client interactions with grace.
