Kendrick Recruitment are now searching for a passionate, fun, outgoing and experienced Pastry Chef for a magnificent, intimate 5* lodge, forming part of a well-known luxury property portfolio, based in the Sabi Sands.
The role of the Pastry Chef is to support the Head Chefs in providing our client’s guests with the best culinary experience possible. The role of the Pastry Chef is to ensure that the preparation of meals and pastries is of the highest level. You will support the Head Chefs in maintaining the standards as well as controlling costs effectively in line with the agreed budget.
