Senior Guide Responsibilities:
Guiding Experience: You should have previous guiding experience in a 5-star lodge, with a passion for hosting and engaging guests.
FGASA Lead Trails Qualification: A big advantage if you hold this certification.
Up-to-Date Documents: Ensure all guiding qualifications (First Aid, FGASA, DEAT, PDP, ARH, etc.) are valid.
Drive & Knowledge: A valid driver’s license and PD are essential, with a deep understanding of vehicle operations.
Engaging & Professional: Confident, stable, well-spoken, and well-presented.
Conservation & Hospitality Passion: A genuine interest in both fields.
Long-Term Commitment: You must be ready to settle into a long-term role with room to grow.
Executive Housekeeper Responsibilities:
Lead by Example: Oversee all housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal.
Create Unscripted Experiences: Your personality, humor, and charm will help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Strategic Leadership: Manage and lead the housekeeping team to ensure everything runs smoothly, with a focus on attention to detail.
Team Collaboration: Ensure all areas of the lodge are kept to exceptional standards at all times.
What You’ll Get:
21 Days on Duty / 7 Days Off: A balanced work schedule allowing for rest and recharge.
Meals Provided: 3 meals a day while on duty.
Accommodation Provided: Live in the heart of nature with stunning views.
Laundry Service Provided: So you can focus on what really matters.
Annual Leave: 21 days off each year to relax and recharge.
Salary Scope: R30,000 – R35,000 for the couple, negotiable based on experience.

Experience: Proven experience in guiding (for the Senior Guide) and housekeeping (for the Executive Housekeeper).
Passion for the Job: Both must be enthusiastic about working in a luxury lodge and providing an outstanding experience for guests.
