Assistant/Lodge Manager:
🏞️ Min. 3+ years’ experience in a management role in a 5-star safari lodge environment
🗣️ Strong leadership and communication skills
📅 Reservations experience is a must
🛠️ Ability to work hands-on and seamlessly with +- 30 staff
🔄 Flexible and adaptable work ethic
🌟 Exceptional customer service skills
👀 Keen eye for detail
📊 Excellent organizational and time management abilities
💻 Proficient in using property management systems – Preferably Panstrat or similar
💰 Sound knowledge of stock control, general administration, and yearly budget
🧮 Financial knowledge is a plus
🤔 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
🌟 Maintain consistent high standards of quality of service
😎 Charismatic personality – “outside of the box thinkers”
👔 Neat and presentable

🚗 Min. FGASA Level 1 Full Trails Guide
🌲 Daily Game drives and Bush walks
🍽️ Hosting of guests (Brunch & dinner) – The rangers sit with their guests during meal times
🔧 Basic Vehicle maintenance skills

💰 Salary R30,000 – R32,000 Live in
