1. Maintenance Supervisor
Salary: R8,000.00 to R10,000.00 (Dependent on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance activities ensuring the lodge’s facilities are in excellent condition.
Manage and lead the maintenance team.
Handle repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
Fluency in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal).
Own transport preferred (staff transport not provided).
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
2. Sous Chef
Salary: R10,000.00 to R12,000.00 (Dependent on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
Contribute to menu planning and special event preparations.
Requirements:
Relevant culinary qualifications and experience as a Sous Chef.
Fluency in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal).
Own transport preferred (staff transport not provided).
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Additional Information:
Preference will be given to couples, though singles may be accommodated with some space constraints.
Experience working in a luxury lodge or safari environment is a plus.
