📌 Minimum Requirements:
🎓 Relevant qualification in Education or Language
🏫 Proven experience in an educational leadership role (e.g. Principal, HOD, or Curriculum Coordinator)
🔗 Strong network within the South African education sector
👥 Experience in team management & staff leadership
📚 Exposure to school, camp, or course facilitation (advantageous)
🗣️ Fluent in Afrikaans & English with excellent communication skills
🤝 Strong people skills (public-facing & hospitality context)
💡 Visionary mindset with strategic planning & problem-solving abilities
📅 Highly organised, proactive, and passionate about youth education
🎯 Comfortable engaging with learners, parents, and school principals
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruit & manage a team to run the centre efficiently
🏫 Establish relationships with parents & schools to build a full-year camp schedule
🎓 Develop & execute academic excellence courses (e.g. science, coding, leadership)
📅 Ensure the centre’s schedule is fully booked with impactful programs
🔄 Obtain feedback & drive continuous improvement in offerings
👩🏫 Facilitate leadership & life-skills courses
