Location: Paarl, Western Cape
Package: R22,000 – R25,000 monthly package.
Requirements for the Role:
Delivering 5-star service to all clients, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being.
Ability to lead and inspire a team with a professional, vibrant, and confident demeanour.
Hold an international qualification in ITEC/SAAHSP/CIDESCO/CIBTEC.
Minimum of 3 years practical experience in spa management.
Maintain health, hygiene, and a professional appearance within the spa.
Exceptional sales and marketing skills to drive spa revenue.
Extraordinary communication skills with a creative flair.
Ability to handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism.
Flexible, reliable, and strong administrative skills.
Proficiency in financial reviews and reporting.
Strong organisational skills for evaluating, coordinating, marketing, and planning.
Accountable, with the ability to see a task through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Flexibility and reliability to work overtime and outside of normal working hours to accommodate the needs of the business.
Achieve retail sales targets and conduct performance reviews and financial analysis.
Maintain the highest standard of guest service by following international protocols and displaying genuine care and attention to detail.
Stay updated on products and treatment brand standards, beyond formal training.
Assist in marketing events, workshops, training, and skin center tasks.
Monitor spa inventory and ensure adequate supply levels.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment and preparation areas, including equipment and products.
Manage and train staff, ensuring their ongoing development and performance assessments.
Identify areas where operational processes can be enhanced for improved efficiency.
Evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability efforts undertaken by the spa.
Set goals and objectives for the upcoming quarter or year.
