Hours: Monday to Friday, 06h00 – 16h00
Are you passionate about food, leadership, and creating exceptional guest experiences? A Luxury Events Company in Midrand is seeking a skilled and energetic Outlet Manager to take charge of their food outlet operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the food outlet team to deliver top-quality service and products.
Managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding guest satisfaction.
Overseeing costing, stock control, and operational budgets.
Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, with certifications to back it up.
Liaising with management to ensure alignment with company goals.
Inspiring, motivating, and guiding your team to success.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience heading up a food outlet or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, with a flair for customer service.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Health and safety certifications (a must).
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with management and clients.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach to problem-solving.
