Position Overview:
As the Marketing Content and Creative Specialist, you will play a vital role in the marketing department, supporting a portfolio of unique lodges and camps committed to Africa’s future. Reporting to the Owner, you will be responsible for creating marketing materials for sales and marketing channels, both print and digital. This is an exciting opportunity to work with like-minded partners and contribute to the growth and success of our client’s business. This position is Franschhoek based however there is some flexibility for remote work for the right candidate (some days are required to be in office).
Key Responsibilities:
Create marketing materials for print and digital distribution, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Design artwork and infographics using platforms such as Canva, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
Gather information from relevant sources for content creation.
Build and layout newsletter frameworks.
Apply website content updates.
Maintain effective trade and media support.
Assist with administrative tasks and coordinate with printers and couriers.
Required Skills:
Higher Diploma or Degree in Visual Communications (Art Direction or Graphic Design).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advertising agency or digital marketing environment.
Understanding of print production processes.
Proven track record of creative writing experience.
Advanced computer literacy, including Canva, Monday.com, Mailchimp, Hubspot, and Adobe software.
Familiarity with the luxury travel or retail industry is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
Flair for design and style.
Salary:
The salary offered will depend on the candidate’s level of skill and experience, ranging from R30,000 to R35,000.
