🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Lodge Management:
Oversee daily operations and ensure high guest satisfaction.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Handle guest check-ins and inquiries with personalised service.
Kitchen Management:
Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality and hygiene.
Coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients and manage inventory.
Guest Relations:
Provide exceptional hospitality and address guest concerns promptly.
Organise activities and ensure all areas of the lodge are welcoming
Maintenance:
Conduct upkeep of lodge facilities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Catamaran Skipper:
Serve as the skipper for the lodge’s catamaran, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment during excursions.
🎓 Requirements:
5+ years of hospitality management experience.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Proficiency in managing kitchen operations and basic repairs.
Certified skipper with catamaran experience.
Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
Flexibility and strong problem-solving abilities.
