About the role:
You’ll be the face of the lodge, greeting guests with warmth, ensuring their every need is met, and providing a seamless experience from their arrival to their departure. You’ll juggle guest interactions, administrative tasks, and keep everything running smoothly with ease. Whether it’s answering emails, managing bookings, or handling payments, you’ll be the go-to person for all things guest relations.
Requirements:
– Matric and a formal qualification 📚
– 6 months’ experience in a lodge/hotel environment 🏨
– Fluent in English (extra languages are a plus!) 🗣️
– Driver’s licence 🚗
– Strong administrative and computer skills (MS Office, Google Drive, Social Media) 💻
