This all-rounder role includes:
🏨 Handling reservations and front office duties, using Nightsbridge to manage bookings and liaising with guests and agencies.
💬 Ensuring seamless guest communication, managing special requests, and coordinating unforgettable activities and excursions.
📊 Administrative responsibilities, including invoicing, payment tracking, and stock control.
✅ Overseeing housekeeping, restaurant operations, and maintaining high standards across all lodge areas.
🎉 Welcoming guests with warmth, managing check-ins/outs, and ensuring their stay is magical.
