An award-winning luxury lodge in the heart of the Sabi Sands, is seeking an energetic and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.
Location: Sabi Sands
Salary: R13,000 – R15,000 (Basic)
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional F&B service, ensuring a memorable dining experience
Wine & Beverage Service: Strong knowledge of wines & pairing, conducting tastings & presentations
Stock & Budget Control: Maintain bar & cellar stocks, manage operational equipment & budgets
Service Standards: Uphold high standards of F&B service across all dining areas
Team Leadership: Supervise staff, manage leave schedules & train team members
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with company & department health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role
Relevant certificate/diploma in hospitality/F&B
Excellent communication & ability to upsell beverages & wines
Strong wine knowledge & ability to educate staff & guests
Experience with stock control & inventory management
Valid driver’s licence
Energetic, adaptable, & guest-focused
