Food & Beverage Supervisor | Luxury Lodge | Sabi Sands
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and service-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor for an award-winning luxury lodge located in the heart of the Sabi Sands. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Location: Sabi Sands
Salary: R15,000 – R18,000 (Basic)
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests
Demonstrate strong knowledge of wines and pairings, including conducting tastings and presentations
Maintain bar and cellar stock, manage operational equipment, and control departmental budgets
Uphold high standards of food and beverage service across all dining outlets
Supervise and lead the food and beverage team, manage leave schedules, and assist with staff training
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and lodge standards
Candidate Requirements:
3–4 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment
Certificate or diploma in hospitality or food and beverage management
Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell beverages and wines
Excellent wine knowledge and a passion for educating both staff and guests
Proven experience in stock control and inventory management
Valid driver’s license
Energetic, adaptable, and guest-focused personality
