Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and quality service
Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and align with luxury dining standards
Manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen budgets, adhering to financial targets
Train, mentor, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation protocols
Collaborate with other departments to support events, catering, and special requests
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or fine-dining environment
Proven track record of delivering creative, high-quality dishes and managing kitchen operations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a culinary team
Expertise in cost control, inventory management, and maintaining quality standards
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a guest-centric approach
