Front of House / Receptionist – Luxury Game Lodge – Sabi Sands

Kendrick Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Front of House / Receptionist to join the team at a prestigious luxury game lodge in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service skills.

Location: Sabi Sands
Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Candidate Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Previous experience in front of house or lodge operations within a 4/5-star environment would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in computer usage, including familiarity with systems such as Pastel and Nightsbridge (or willingness to learn).
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and uphold standards of efficiency and service excellence.

Job Description:

• Prioritize and manage tasks independently to ensure smooth front of house operations.
• Warmly welcome and host guests upon arrival.
• Perform general front of house and reception duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries.
• Assist with bar tending and hosting duties as required.
• Demonstrate good planning and organizational skills to maintain efficiency.
• Effectively handle guest enquiries and maintain positive customer relationships.
