Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels at home.
Staff Management: Overseeing and managing a team with professionalism and effective communication.
Stock Control: Managing all stock with precision and without assistance.
Kitchen Oversight: Running the lodge kitchen, managing food orders, and maintaining top-quality dining experiences.
Maintenance Supervision: Identifying and supervising maintenance needs to keep the lodge in pristine condition.
Operational Leadership: Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the lodge.
What You’ll Need:
Experience: At least 2 years as a Lodge Manager with proven success in a similar role.
Skills:
Expertise in stock control and lodge kitchen management.
Strong leadership abilities and guest relations skills.
Confidence in identifying and supervising maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
A valid driver’s licence.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven staff management experience (minimum 2 years).
