Position: Assistant/Lodge Manager & Trails Guide Couple

Assistant/Lodge Manager:
Min. 3+ years’ experience in a management role in a 5-star safari lodge environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reservations experience is a must
Ability to work hands-on and seamlessly with +- 30 staff
Flexible and adaptable work ethic
Exceptional customer service skills
Keen eye for detail
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in using property management systems – Preferably Panstrat or similar
Sound knowledge of stock control, general administration, and yearly budget
Financial knowledge is a plus
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Maintain consistent high standards of quality of service
Charismatic personality – “outside of the box thinkers”
Neat and presentable
Trails Guide:
Min. FGASA Level 1 Full Trails Guide
Daily Game drives and Bush walks
Hosting of guests (Brunch & dinner) – The rangers sit with their guests during meal times
Basic Vehicle maintenance skills
Package:
Salary R30,000 – R32,000 Live in
Accommodation & DSTV
