Requirements:
2 years of management-level experience in 5-star hospitality
Hospitality degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, reservations and invoicing experience preferred
Strong people management experience
2 years 5-star Guest service experience
High school diploma
Perfect written and spoken English
Fluent or solid understanding of Zulu language as well as culture
