Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or BTech Food Technology with 10-15 years of industry experience, including relevant retail experience.
Expertise in high- and low-risk food processing, cold chain management, food preparation stages, HACCP, GMP, and allergen management.
Knowledge of packaging functionality, environmental management, and sustainability.
Technical product knowledge encompassing characteristics, raw material sourcing, manufacturing processes, and safety parameters.

Troubleshoot customer complaints, uphold international standards, and ensure production efficiencies.
Salary on offer is R60,000 – R80,000 monthly based on candidates requirements.
