🌍 What’s the Role About?
As a Trails Guide, you’ll take guests on thrilling game drives and bush walks, sharing your knowledge and passion for nature while ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their stay. This role is perfect for those who thrive in an immersive environment, ready to provide an exceptional guest experience amidst the majestic backdrop of the Kruger National Park.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding game experiences, including game drives and bush walks for high-profile guests.
Ensure all guiding equipment is in tip-top condition and adhere to all safety protocols.
Meet and greet guests while facilitating a warm and memorable stay.
Manage radio communications and assist with bush projects as needed.
🎓 What You’ll Need:
Experience: 3 to 5 years guiding in 5-star establishments.
Qualifications: FGASA NQ4 or Professional, NDT Registered, valid driver’s licence and PrDP, First Aid certificate, and relevant firearm accreditations.
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for conservation and guest relations. Experience in off-road driving and basic vehicle maintenance is a plus!
Fluency: Command of the English language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of astronomy is advantageous.
💰 What’s in it for You?
Salary: R12,000 plus a monthly food allowance of R1,687!
