Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding service that exceeds guest expectations.
Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service and operational excellence.
Support training and development initiatives to build a high-performing and engaged team.
Collaborate with management to implement and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage or hospitality sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest satisfaction.
Strong organisational abilities with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
