Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a luxury 5* Safari operation, seeking an experience Hospitality Manager to continue to support and develop a strong team offering exceptional guest experiences.
As the Hospitality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional guest experiences, overseeing operations, and driving excellence in hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:
Applying your expertise in remote safari operations.
Showcasing your in-depth knowledge of Food and Beverage, housekeeping, hosting, and hospitality administration.
Exhibiting your culinary arts, food, and luxury dining knowledge in line with industry trends.
Providing exceptional attention to detail and guest-centric service.
Demonstrating your computer literacy, including basic Google Suite knowledge; POS and Xero accounting systems are an added advantage.
Utilizing your remarkable problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and delegation skills.
Leading, motivating, and developing your team through a proactive training approach.
Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum of five years’ experience in high-end hospitality.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or relevant field – essential.
Experience in safari operations in remote locations.
In-depth knowledge of Food and Beverage, housekeeping, hosting, and hospitality administration.
Appreciation of culinary arts, luxury dining, and staying updated with industry trends.
Exceptional attention to detail and guest-centric mindset.
Computer Literate – Basic Google Suite knowledge; familiarity with POS and Xero accounting systems is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and delegation skills.
Excellent communication skills, additional European language beneficial.
