Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various segments, including corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and group bookings. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Tailor offerings to match client requirements effectively.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our hotel and wine estate, highlighting unique selling points to potential clients. Craft compelling sales presentations and address client inquiries adeptly.
Events and Functions: Promote event spaces, conference facilities, and wedding packages. Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of functions.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide valuable feedback to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives. Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the luxury hotel or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining diverse client relationships. Natural networker with excellent communication abilities.
Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to influence and persuade potential clients effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales-related tools.
Education: Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field is advantageous.
