Kendrick Recruitment has an exciting job opportunity for a Hospitality Assistant for a beautiful Wine Farm in Stellenbosch. Join this small team and contribute to seamless hospitality operations across multiple outlets. The Hospitality Assistant (HA) plays a vital role in ensuring top-notch hospitality for guests. Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, the HA contributes to delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding our standards of service excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver breakfast and light lunches.
Manage food and household provisions inventory.
Set tables, manage wine and beverage stocks.
Oversee laundry services.
Create flower arrangements, support housekeeping.
Execute pre-arrival guest checklist.
Replenish amenities, prepare arrival snacks.
Assist in setting up for outdoor areas.
Coordinate with Groundsman for firewood, cleaning.
Report maintenance issues, run errands.
Support housekeeping and guest service team.
Maintain service areas, prepare snacks.
Clean and care for glassware.
Greet and seat guests.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in housekeeping, cooking, or butler roles.
Flexibility to move between departments.
Strong sense of responsibility and honesty.
Effective team player with good communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and provide exceptional guest service.
Extra Information
Live Out position.
Driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.
Full-time contract placement with 3-month probation.
