Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory management.
Collaborate with the Spa Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase spa revenue.
Provide support and guidance to spa staff, ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service are maintained.
Assist in conducting staff training sessions and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of spa services with overall estate operations.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury spa environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Passion for the wellness industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
Relevant qualification in spa management or a related field preferred.
