As the General Manager/Restaurant Manager for multiple brands, you’ll be the master of culinary magic, ensuring each restaurant under your wing dazzles guests with its unique charm and delectable delights. Your responsibilities will include:
🌟 Leading day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and driving profitability.
🍽 Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimise efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability across all brands.
🧼 Maintaining high levels of cleanliness, food safety, and service quality.
👩🍳 Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to deliver outstanding service.
🎓 Providing staff with coaching and performance feedback regularly.
😋 Enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty through proactive management.
💼 Managing budgets, analysing financial performance, and driving cost control.
📊 Monitoring guest feedback and reviews, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and proactively.

Qualifications:
