Position Overview:
As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our client’s business and supporting their international expansion plans. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for ensuring financial stability, implementing strategic financial initiatives, and providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and expansion plans.
Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage cash flow, investment activities, and risk management.
Lead and develop the finance team to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial performance and drive business success.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the hotel, restaurant, and retail sectors.
Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic planning.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

The position is based in the picturesque town of St Francis Bay.
Salary:
Our client offers a competitive salary ranging from R50,000 to R60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
