Spa Manager- Luxury Day Spa – Midrand

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Spa Manager for a luxury day spa in Midrand. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a small team of employees and deliver exceptional spa experiences to clients.

Location: Midrand
Salary: R13,000 – R15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team of employees, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and client bookings.
• Provide beauty therapy treatments to clients as needed, utilizing your 2-3 years of experience.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication with clients and staff.
• Ensure adherence to spa operating hours and excellent timekeeping practices.
• Utilize excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel, for administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Qualified Beauty Therapist with 2-3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Own transportation is required due to the spa’s operating hours.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of presentation and service.
• Market-related salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 9am – 7pm
• Sunday: 9am – 6pm
