Spa Manager/Back up Spa Therapist – Luxury Day Spa – Midrand

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Receptionist/Back-up Spa Therapist for a luxury day spa in Midrand. Joining the spa team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Location: Midrand, GP
Salary: R13,000 – R15,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Handle reception duties efficiently, including bookings and inquiries
• Provide backup support as a Spa Therapist when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive working environment
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or spa therapist role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Flexibility to assist with spa treatments as needed
• Knowledge of basic computer software for administrative tasks
• Certification in spa therapy or related field is advantageous
