🍽️ Position Overview:

As the Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You’ll play an instrumental role in managing the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, and maintaining smooth kitchen operations. This is an opportunity for someone with strong leadership and a passion for fine dining to shine in a prestigious environment.

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

  • Oversee kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.

  • Monitor food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

  • Train, mentor, and inspire junior kitchen staff to improve their skills.

  • Assist with inventory control, ensuring efficient stock management and ordering.

  • Collaborate with the team to create innovative dishes that showcase the best of local ingredients.

🍴 Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong culinary background in a high-end kitchen.

  • Knowledge of international cuisine and the ability to bring creativity to the menu.
