Kendrick Recruitment is hunting for a sharp, stylish, and service-obsessed Senior Receptionist to join the front-of-house team at a luxury private game reserve in the heart of Vaalwater. If you know your way around Opera like a pro, thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and believe that first impressions really do count, this is the role for you!
💸 What’s in it for you?
Salary: R10,000 per month (Live-In)
Meal Perks: Meal on duty OR a monthly Meal Allowance of R850

🛎 What You’ll Be Rocking Daily:
Be the friendly, efficient, and professional first point of contact for guests
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and all things in between with top-notch attention to detail
Run the Opera system like a backstage legend – this is essential!
Coordinate guest communications and ensure smooth internal operations
Work closely with other departments to keep the guest experience seamless and personalized
Bring warmth, charm, and professionalism to every guest interaction
🔍 What You’ll Need to Bring:
✔ Previous reception/front office experience in a high-end lodge or hotel
✔ Opera System experience is non-negotiable
✔ A calm, organized, and confident approach to multi-tasking
✔ Excellent communication and guest service skills
✔ A warm, professional demeanor and a can-do attitude
✔ Flexibility and willingness to live in a remote (but stunning!) location
✔ Ability to work shifts and be a true team player
