As the Senior Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the daily operations of the restaurant, from ensuring the best customer experiences to overseeing staff training, marketing, administration, and HR. You’ll play a pivotal role in maximizing profitability while maintaining an exceptional dining experience for every guest!
Lead Daily Operations: Oversee everything from inventory management, food safety, and quality control, to keeping the restaurant running smoothly and meeting standards.
Enhance Customer Experience: Develop strategies to elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer feedback and make sure every guest feels valued.
Team Training: Lead the recruitment and training of new staff while fostering a culture of continuous learning to improve service quality.
Marketing Strategies: Work with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and use social media to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
Handle Administration: Manage tasks like scheduling, budgeting, financial reporting, and supply chain management to keep operations running efficiently.
HR Management: Take charge of HR functions, including employee relations, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Drive Profitability: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
Previous experience in a senior management role in the restaurant industry is essential.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams.
Proven ability to handle all aspects of operations, drive results, and improve performance.
Competitive Salary: R15,000 CTC.
