Kendrick Recruitment is on the lookout for a driven, dynamic, and polished Sales Executive to join a prestigious luxury lodge and hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg. If you’re a hospitality sales pro with a black book full of hot leads and know how to close a deal with charm and strategy—this one’s for you!
💸 Salary: R23,000 – R25,000 (Negotiable DOE)
💼 Plus: Provident fund & optional medical aid as part of the CTC package
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:
Hunting down new business opportunities like a pro
Building and maintaining key relationships with corporate clients, PCOs, travel agents, production houses, and tour operators
Managing the full sales cycle—from sourcing leads to sealing the deal
Delivering high-impact presentations and attending networking events and workshops
Keeping that sales pipeline fresh, fast, and full
Working independently while crushing monthly targets
Representing the brand at functions (yep, sometimes after-hours too!)
🧠 What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum 5 years of hospitality sales experience (hotel group experience is a BIG plus)
A sparkling reputation in the industry with a strong network of contacts
Sales & Marketing tertiary education (bonus points!)
Confident in both pitching and presenting
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Must have a valid RSA ID & Driver’s License
Willing to travel and attend events when needed
A self-starter, go-getter, and deal closer with a polished, professional presence
