Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a dedicated safari team, from promising newcomers to seasoned experts.
Legal & Compliance Oversight: Ensure full compliance with all legal safari requirements.
Admin and HR Support: Oversee payroll, leave, and staffing needs, with HR as your support system.
Financial Savvy: Manage budgets and financial planning to keep operations smooth and sustainable.
Training & Standards: Spearhead team training with expert support, and establish service standards and safari SOPs.

You’re a natural leader with top-notch communication and interpersonal skills, ready to motivate and unify a diverse team. You’re hands-on, leading by example, and comfortable collaborating with lodge management and key stakeholders. You’ll be supported by both a Head Guide and Assistant Head Guide, giving you a strong foundation to make an impact!
💼 The Perks:
Competitive Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
