Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Sous Chef for an award winning 5* Luxury Lodge in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve. We are seeking a passionate chef with a keen eye for detail and passion for producing world-class dishes on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities will include:
To provide courteous & efficient service.
To provide support to the head chef.
To assume full management responsibilities for the kitchen during head chef’s absence.
Source best possible produce from approved suppliers.
To be conversant, compliant & knowledgeable of all dietary requirements.
To produce fine dining cuisine to create a culinary experience for your guests.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Matric.
Culinary Diploma.
2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Possession of valid driver’s licence advantageous
