Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of skilled therapists, setting high standards for service excellence.
Client Experience: Ensure every guest receives an exceptional spa experience tailored to their needs.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
Sales and Marketing: Drive revenue through effective sales strategies, promotions, and customer loyalty initiatives.
Wellness Programs: Develop innovative wellness programs and treatments to enhance guest satisfaction.
Training and Development: Mentor and train spa staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in a reputable spa or wellness centre.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of spa operations, treatments, and customer service excellence.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to create enticing spa packages and promotions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
