Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Lodge Manager in maintaining exceptional guest relations and upholding the lodge’s service vision.
Manage and train lodge staff.
Ensure top-tier housekeeping, maintenance, and gardening standards.
Oversee financial management, concierge duties, and guest database maintenance.
Have a strong passion for customer service.
Have exceptional knowledge of food and beverage at the highest level.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years of hospitality experience, including 2 years as an assistant manager in a five-star hotel or luxury lodge.
Exceptional knowledge of Food and Beverage operations and strong financial acumen.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills preferred.
Strong computer literacy and excellent management and communication skills.
Ability to remain composed under pressure, demonstrate resourcefulness, and uphold high service standards.
