Experience in hospitality/guest interactions and service.
Excellent communication, sales, and organizational skills.
Physically able for wine transfer.
Valid South African work permit.
📋 Responsibilities:
Wine service during meals, offering bespoke experiences.
Recommending wines based on menu and guest preferences.
Hosting wine tastings with passion.
Cellar stock and control – checks and balances.
Communication, reporting, and diplomacy with lodge GMs and Senior Sommelier.
Quality report writing and implementation.
Bulk wine facilities control.
Physical transfer and replenishment of lodge cellars.
Sales, invoicing, stock, and relevant administration.
Training and development of staff at various lodges.
