Position: Rooms Division Manager
Location: Franschhoek, South Africa
Salary: R30,000 – R40,000 (DOE) Live Out

What You’ll Do:
Lead Operations: Oversee room assignments, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest service delivery
Manage Guest Relations: Ensure that guest concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, creating a culture of excellence
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the front office and housekeeping teams to maintain top-notch service standards
Financial Oversight: Monitor department budgets, control expenses, and find ways to increase revenue
Analyze Performance: Use occupancy reports and guest feedback to continuously improve operations and performance
What You’ll Need:
Experience: At least 4-5 years in a hotel operations role, ideally within a Rooms Division capacity
Maintenance Knowledge: Solid understanding of property maintenance practices and systems
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Opera systems is a plus, but not required
Leadership: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage and inspire your team
Financial Acumen: Experience with budget management, financial reporting, and optimizing revenue
High Pressure? No Problem: Able to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Location: Must reside within the Franschhoek, Stellenbosch, or Paarl area, or be willing to relocate
