What’s the role?
🔹 Provide on-site & remote IT support to keep everything running smoothly
🔹 Maintain & troubleshoot network, server, and hardware infrastructure
🔹 Set up, configure, and upgrade servers, routers, switches, and firewalls
🔹 Monitor infrastructure performance & ensure security compliance
🔹 Collaborate with staff & vendors to enhance IT efficiency
🔹 Keep documentation updated & train teams on best IT practices
What’s needed?
✅ 5-8 years’ experience in IT support (minimum 5 years in Azure, Active Directory, DNS, and Office 365)
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills for network and infrastructure issues
✅ CompTIA N+ Certification preferred
✅ Passion for problem-solving, organisation, and delivering top-notch service
✅ A love for wildlife, conservation & sustainability is a huge plus!
