In order to be considered for this role, you will need to possess an internationally recognised management qualification in Hotel or Business Management and have a minimum of 5-year experience in the role of Food & Beverage Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel or large luxury establishment. To be considered:
You should have experience of working with and managing multicultural teams and a good command of the English language (spoken and written)
Must have advanced knowledge of all types of service to include Formal and informal seated dining, formal and informal buffet. Setup and flow of all service areas, dining-rooms, pantries
Responsibilities:
• Fully aware of the Room Service and all menu items. Able to answer questions on menu selections, communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability.
• Fully understands the different types of services offered and can train subordinates in Silver Service, American, Family Service Buffet, Silver Service Buffet, Drinks Service.
