Internationally recognised Hotel or Business Management qualification.
Minimum 2 years as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel or large luxury establishment.
Advantageous if experienced in the Middle East.
Essential Skills:
Leadership & Team Management:
Proficiency in managing multicultural teams.
Strong leadership prowess.
Language & Tech Proficiency:
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Culinary Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of formal and informal seated dining, buffets, fine dining, exotic ingredients, and international cuisine.
Other Skills:
Event planning expertise.
Staff training acumen.
HACCP familiarity.
Responsibilities:
Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional leadership with talent management focus and innovation in F&B operations.
Duties:
Ensure impeccable guest request delivery.
Oversee service area setup and flow.
Mastery in Room Service and menu knowledge.
Uphold team professionalism and knowledge.
Empower Senior Butlers for seamless shift handovers.
Organize food and beverage service.
Maintain detailed areas and high service standards.
Provide availing butler service with dedication.
Actively participate in meetings and training.
