Running day-to-day restaurant operations like a well-oiled machine
Delivering a next-level guest experience that leaves people raving
Leading, training, and inspiring a top-tier service team
Working closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service and food quality
Stock control, ordering, and keeping the books tight and tidy
Maintaining standards, managing reservations, and making every service sing

Have previous experience managing a high-end or luxury dining venue
Know your way around fine wine, food pairings, and epic service
