🍷 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be in charge of crafting unforgettable guest experiences. This includes everything from staffing and service standards to inventory, planning, training, and more. Think of yourself as the orchestrator of smooth service and refined hospitality.
🧠 WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
Qualifications:
Grade 12 + formal Hospitality Management qualification (min NQF5)
Valid driver’s license
Experience & Knowledge:
3+ years in a leadership/management role
Proven people management and development experience
Sharp knowledge of high-end dining and boutique hotel operations
Familiarity with budgeting, strategic planning & financial controls
Solid labor law understanding
Advanced MS Office skills
Skills & Abilities:
Natural leader with excellent interpersonal finesse
Strong communication and mentoring capabilities
Confident decision-maker with critical thinking and problem-solving chops
Budget-savvy and results-driven
Meticulous time manager and planner
