Role Overview:
As the Restaurant Floor Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the floor, ensuring impeccable service, managing front-of-house (FOH) staff, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. From coordinating group bookings to handling guest inquiries and special requests, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a top-tier experience. 👨🍳🍷
What is needed:
- A completed National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12). 🎓
- Minimum two years of experience in a floor management or leadership role within a restaurant. 🕒
- Strong food and beverage service knowledge, with a focus on high-volume service. 🍴🥂
- Exceptional client service skills and the ability to handle guest feedback professionally. 💬💯
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English. 🇿🇦
- Ability to work hospitality hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. ⏰🌙
- Own transport is preferred. 🚗

Key Responsibilities:
