Kendrick Recruitment is casting the net for an experienced, island-loving, people-leading Resort Manager to take the helm of a remote luxury island resort in Fiji. This isn’t your typical hotel job—this is barefoot luxury meets world-class leadership in the middle of the Pacific!
We’re after a unicorn: someone with heart, hustle, humor, and the skillset to steer an extraordinary guest and staff experience. Sound like you (or you and your other half)? Dive in!
💸 Package Details:
Salary: R40,000 (Live-In)
Accommodation: En-suite bedroom + meals included
Visa costs covered by employer
Flights refunded 50% at 6 months, remaining 50% at 12 months
Schedule: 24 days on, 5 days off (Ferry transport covered)
1-year contract with the option to renew
🧭 You’ll Need to Bring:
40+ years of life experience
15+ years of management in remote resorts or lodges
Solid tertiary education
Killer hospitality and PMS system skills
Exceptional guest experience mindset
Scuba diving qualification and watersports experience? A big plus!
Mechanical/maintenance knowledge? Also a big win.
Proven experience managing teams of 70+ staff
